What We Did

VisitEngland wanted to understand more about the role of experiential activities in influencing holiday behaviour of both domestic and inbound tourists. Online research as carried out in 11 countries, exploring 24 individual experiential activities. The complex data set provides a rich source of knowledge and insight.

Value To The Client

The outputs include an overall report, country summaries and individual dashboards for each of the experiential activities tested. All results can be seen here.

What We Did

Health and Social Care staff in Scotland take part in the iMatter survey each year. The project is managed by Webropol who provide the survey management, analytics and reporting tools. Helen Roberts (XV Insight) authors the annual report, published by the Scottish Government. The report explores all aspects of the survey across results and response rates. It also looks at outcomes from the survey including action plan development and team stories that illustrate examples of idea generation and best practice.

What We Did

The client had carried out a large online research project in 30+ countries. XV Insight was commissioned to provide individual headline reports for each country. Working to an outline template, each report addressed key metrics and topics consistently across all countries. Each report also highlighted country-specific learning.
